      Intramural sports fees for CCS students and homeschoolers- $50 per sport.

Delinquent Tuition Policy

Tuition is due on the 10th day of each month and is delinquent after the 10th. A $25.00 late fee will be assessed against any account not paid down by at least 90% of the balance due starting in August and will be charged each month a payment is late.


Any family with a balance 90 days or more past due that has not contacted the Business Office and established a written payment plan will not be able to attend CCS during the 2nd semester until their account is paid in full. 


All accounts with a balance 90 days or more past due that have not contacted the Business Office and established a written payment plan will not be allowed to re-enroll for the upcoming school year.


All accounts must be paid in full by June 30 in order to attend CCS the following school year. If an account is not paid in full, the parent must submit an appeal letter to the board requesting to carry forward their existing balance and the appeal must be approved by the board. If the appeal is approved, the family must sign a letter stating that they will remain current for the new school year and must also include a plan to pay off the prior year balance. If an account becomes more than 30 days delinquent, the board reserves the right to terminate the current school year contract.
