New Student Application Fee
A non-refundable fee of $75 per student must be paid at the time of application. A $75 testing fee must also be paid by 1st Grade applicants, if the applicant did not attend Kindergarten at CCS.
Tuition Fee – Upon enrollment the full year’s Tuition is due to Community Christian School
IN ORDER TO EASE THE FINANCIAL BURDEN CCS OFFERS THE FOLLOWING INSTALLMENT PLANS FOR TUITION PAYMENTS:
· An 11 month payment plan due July 1, 2010 - May 1, 2011.*
· A 12 month payment plan due July 1, 2010 – June 1, 2011
· One installment due July 1, 2010
· Two installments due July 1, 2010 and January 1, 2011
All first payments are due July 1st. Tuition payments are due on the 1st day of each month. Please indicate your option on the enrollment contract.
*Please note that families enrolling after July 15, 2010 will be billed based on a 10 month installment plan.
Late Tuition Payment
Tuition payments are due the 1st of each month. If payments are received after the 10th a late fee of $30.00 will be assessed per month.
SPECIAL FEES
Non-Refundable Registration Fee
A non-refundable registration fee for each new child enrolled is due in order to reserve a space for your child (children). For students being re-enrolled, one-half of this fee is due with the signed contract and the remainder is due by June 1, 2010.
Late Pick-up Fee
Families picking up their children late will be assessed a late fee of $8.50 per child. Secondary students will be at the Secondary building , all others will be in the Elementary office. Each family receives one free late pick-up.
Extracurricular Activities
Students may participate in various programs such as the Musical or Athletics for an additional fee.
Educational Materials and Field Trips
Some classes require extra educational materials and the child will participate in class field trips which require an additional fee. Information will be provided from the classroom teacher as items are ordered and trip s are scheduled.

The business office automatically applies to families with more than one child at CCS in grades Kindergarten (full-day) through 12th grade the following discounts:

Financial Aid
Financial aid is available to those who qualify in grades Kindergarten (Full Time) through 12th by evaluation through School & Student Service (SSS) for Financial Aid in Princeton, NJ. Forms are available online at www.nais.org/financialaid/sss and must be submitted to SSS no later than April 15 , 2010 in order to receive consideration in the initial award process. Applications submitted after April 15 will be put on a waiting list in order of receipt by SSS, and will only be considered if funds are still available after the initial awards have been made. A CCS student may receive no more than 50% of tuition.
FULL-TIME MINISTER DISCOUNT
If you are a full-time bona fide Christian minister CCS offers a tuition discount. If you are interested in this discount please contact the Business Manager.
