Admissions Timeline

The admissions process at Community Christian School takes a varying amount of time to complete based on the time of year the admissions application is submitted. Community Christian School begins accepting admissions applications for the upcoming school year on February 1st of each year:

+ Open Enrollment

February 1 - June 30 The Admissions Committee makes a decision on the admissions file within 1 week after the admissions file and admissions interview have been completed.

+ Late Enrollment

July 1 - August 9 The Admissions Committee makes a decision on the admissions file within 2 weeks after the admissions file and admissions interview have been completed.

Important Information: All admissions applications received two weeks prior to the start of school are not guaranteed to start by the first day of school.

+ Mid Year Transfers

Secondary (grades 6-11) admissions applications along with all required documents for the second semester must be submitted by December 1.

+ Additional Information

For students applying in the fall for the current school year, admissions applications for secondary students are not considered for the first semester after the mid-term of the first quarter.

11th grade students are not considered for admission for the second semester.

12th grade students are not eligible for admission at Community Christian School.
